The entire corporate headquarters encompassing 625,000 sf on 21 floors of KeyBank Tower, was refurbished with all new finishes and numerous items of new furniture. The work also encompassed the three executive floors, conferencing floor, training center floor, cafeteria/ private dining rooms and all office occupied spaces.
Elevator lobbies and public spaces also received a new identity in keeping with the corporate office aesthetic. In strict adherence to the corporate mandate to create the most healthy workplace for employees, the materials are sustainable sources, specified to create a healthier office environment from origin of manufacturing practice to material content.
A new corporate signage program was developed for the entire headquarters including floor directories, private offices, conference rooms and life safety.
The new corporate image is clean, contemporary with enduring colors and finishes that will serve the corporation well in its continued long-term occupancy and investment in its KeyBank Tower headquarters. The project was designed and implemented to LEED Silver standards.
